Quantity 2 – SPC Adjustable Upper Control Arms

Improve droop travel, drivability and tire wear with these SPC Adjustable Front Upper Control Arms.  These Upper Control arms are adjustable and will allow for you to adjust the tire position in your wheel well. They feature an upgraded greaseable ball joint and SpecRide bushings.  This Upper Control Arms is specially designed to correct alignment angles while helping you maintain your factory ride. 25540 Upper control arms are loaded with features needed to allow your vehicle handling both on and off-road, improved suspension travel, and tire wear while you center your tire in the wheel well to maximize clearance for your oversized tires. They are equipped with greaseable ball joints and X axis hybrid bushings, this arm will both correct alignment angles and restore factory ride quality. SPC’s updated forged steel design provides the strength and durability needed for the most demanding terrain. 

Get more droop travel with these SPC arms as they have improved clearance to get around the spring bucket. With 80° articulation in the upgraded ball joint and free pivoting bushings, SPC’s arms give you maximum droop travel.

Installing this UCA will help you get your drivability and tracking back; When you lift your truck, your alignment is off, and affects your caster and camber. SPC’s arms have +1° of caster built into them. Using its patented ball joint design the arm will get you 0° to +4° of caster and +2° of camber, so you put your alignment angles back to specification.

Front Adjustment Range:

Camber: +2.00 °

Caster: -1.0°  to +3.00°

We also carry the replacement cams for the lower control arms so if you need them, just ask! Check out SPC 87520, which replaces corroded cam bolt assemblies.  They can also be used on trucks not equipped with factory cam bolts for the lower control arm. These cams should be used with the upper arm kit to maximize your set-up.

Front Adjustment Range: Camber +/-2.00 degrees, Caster -1.0 degree to +3.00 degrees

The SPC 25540 Adjustable Upper Control Arms UCA are designed to allow for an increase in suspension droop or rebound travel, and a much wider range of alignment options. These UCA’s have approx. 15* more articulation capability than factory OEM UCA’s.  80* degrees for SPC Upper Control Arms vs 65* degrees for the stock ball joint. If your factory arms had sufficient travel in the ball joint these SPC arms will NOT be the limiting factor to suspension travel.

Tech Info on the SPC 25540’s

The SPC UCA is best to make coarse adjustments to the Camber and Caster.  In order for you to make fine tuning on your alignment, an easier process we highly recommend is to purchase and install the SPC alignment Cam and Bolt Kit – Part # 87520 (Sold Separately).  This 87520 Kit allows you to easily fine tune the camber and caster on your vehicle without having to adjust the Upper Control Arms.  Most Nissan SUV’s and Trucks sold in 2005-2006 model years come with factory equipped with an adjustable cam and both system.  2007 and up vehicles DO NOT have an adjustable system installed from the factory.  By installing the 87520 SPC Alignment Cam and Bolt is a win win for you and your vehicle.

These fully adjustable Upper Control Arms transform your classic Mopar from sluggish, non-responsive handling to high performance FUN! Dial in additional positive caster, adjust your camber, and enjoy the feel of up to 6 degrees adjustment! Arms include stock ball joints. Sold as individual arms. Ball joint are often included (check Item Notes for specifis).

TUBULAR CONTROL ARMS

These arms lower your front end by 1" and add 1° positive caster for an aggressive, ready-to-run stance. Optional Ride Height Tuning Kits are available for use with our Pro Series Springs or 'standard type' springs to raise the ride height if desired. If you have coilovers use our Coilover Mount and Spacer Plate.

CAMBER ARM

For specific vehicles this tubular style arm is great when lowering this popular vehicle, or for correcting rear camber on stock vehicles.
